Unless the individual product description says otherwise, our meat is supplied frozen.This means you can enjoy it straight away or put straight in the freezer for another day.Always check the individual product label.

We're based in Littleborough, nestled in the Pennines.Our farm shop gives you the opportunity to buy quality meat and produce directly from a working family farm.We rear all our own produce, so sometimes we do sell out of popular items and we are mostly frozen but do fresh at least once a month!

Our own beef, lamb, pork and turkey is at the heart of Bank Top Farm.We believe in knowing where our food comes from and shortening the journey from farm to fork.For products that aren't produced on our farm, we aim to work with carefully selected suppliers.

No two animals – or cuts of meat – are exactly the same!Because we're dealing with real, freshly butchered products rather than factory-made portions, weights can vary slightly.We'll always aim to get as close as possible to the weight you've ordered.
